A LITTLE ABOUT ME: Hi, I’m Lacey! Originally from sunny (and rainy) Sarasota, FL, I moved to NYC in 2005 and worked at Mousey Brown salon in Williamsburg, Brooklyn until March 2020. I have over 25 years of experience in the hair industry and am grateful to have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of hair types, lengths and textures! Many of my clients throughout the years prefer to let their hair texture be itself and I appreciate being able to assist in that regard. As much as I enjoy trying to make it easy for you to wear your hair more natural, I can also share some simple tricks and tips to get your hair to behave against its will depending on the look you are going for. WHAT I DO: My comfort zone is wet or dry razor cuts, scissor cuts, blunt, textured, naturally curly, very curly or wavy, straight long styles, fun short cuts, clipper cuts and pretty much everything in between. When it comes to color, if you are going for a more natural look or just a little regrowth maintenance, contrast/dimension, a balayage effect, brightness or depth, we can put our heads together and come up with the perfect plan! (or I can decide for you if you’d like.) If you’re interested in a significant chop from long to short, I welcome that happily! But would also take you seriously if you were to ask for a very minimal trim, especially if you're trying to grow/keep your length. We can talk things out before getting started to make sure that we are on the same page. I want you to be happy with your hair, after all, you wear it everyday!
